1.Check and re-set your WiFi and password which contain special characters (like space and mark)if error message received below, then re-add the charging pile and mower.
2.Please download the designated app to test the quality of the Wi-Fi connection you are using.How to know if you have a good and suitable WIFI for Novabot

3.Enable the personal hotspot on your phone. Then, reconnect the charging pile and mower using the Wi-Fi name and password (No spaces and special characters)provided under the Personal Hotspot option.(Recommend)

4.Please upload the app log and contact us (Support@lfibot.com) the time of the issue if it also failed. How to upload APP log
5.Once connected, your Novabot may appear as offline for a brief period. This is normal and allows time system initialization.
