If the issue occur during the day, please use a dry cloth to clean the QR code on the charging station and retry. If this also fails, please upload the app log (App-profile-settings-App log upload) and contact support@lfibot.com shortly.
If the issue occur during the night, please ensure that there is no strong light around, such as car headlights, it may be caused by the reflective in the night which will affect the mower returning to the charging station.
It is recommended to stick the black paper in the yellow marked area, this will reduce reflections at night and help the mower to return to the charging station successfully. If this also fails, please contact support@lfibot.com shortly and attached the picture of the charging station.
