We kindly request your attention to a few potential issues with the front and back wheels. We have reached out to the manufacturer to address these concerns and have made adjustments to the size of the screw and other parts for the new mowers.
We have also prepared some spare parts(screws and wheels)to send to the overseas warehouse for standby, but it may take some time.However, in the event that you encounter any issues with the wheels coming off before delivery, we kindly request that you proceed as follows:
Front wheel
Please check the spare parts that if you have when the front wheel off, if not, please go to the hardware store to buy them first(Fastest way to solve the issue), here are the specification of the three spare parts that are hard to identify (Contact support@lfibot.com to get the installation video)
Front wheel bushing
Specification :External diameter Ø 16.7mm×Inner diameter Ø 8mm×Thickness 33.5 mm
(Please find it in your yard, otherwise we will return the mower to the service center for repair)
Bearing clip spring steel Specification：Ø 8.0mm×0.3mm (M8)
Front wheel bearing Model:S608 2RS
Specification：External diameterØ 22 mm× Inner diameterØ 8mm ×Thickness 7mm

Back wheel
Please be aware that M4*12 is the size of the screw in the back wheel, which was easily come loose. Please ensure that you add thread locker on the screw that the new one you have purchased（Wait at least 12 hours before using the mower).
