Please check and operate when the error messages below appeared in your App
1.Make sure the charging pile and mower have been updated successfully(Profile-Settings-About)
If not, reinstall 1.2.29 to re-connect charing pile and mower, press red dot on the Device Upgrade Button until it is dissappear V2.1.0 + V4.7.3 + V0.2.5
2.Continue to update the charging pile and mower to the newest versionV2.1.0 + V4.8.9 + V0.3.0
3.Check your phone can be accessed to wifi or mobile data successfully,if not, please put your phone close to wifi and retry
4.Wifi and password can not be put with space/mark or other special characters
5.Repower and reconnect them
6.Failed to upload map if the Novabot has been updated successfully, wifi and GNSS are operate good, pls check and operate as belows
(1) Put the charging pile close to the router
(2) No metal objects around the GNSS antenna
(3) Re-power and retry
7. If the issue is still exist after all of the above steps have been taken,pls provide info below for us
(1) Upload App log (Profile-Settings-App Log Upload)
(2) keep your mower on
(3) Time of the issue
