If the error message appeared please try to operate as belows
1.Pay attention to the time displayed on the mower screen.(have a picture if the time displayed on the screen does not match the actual time)
2.Reboot the charging pile
3.Pull the mower out of the charging station, restart it, and reconnect it to the App
4.Disable Bluetooth on the phone, then re-enable it after 2 seconds.
5.Enable the position permission on the phone
6.Reboot the App
7.If also failed, please redo above actions (try more times, Bluetooth connection has the time limitation and will be re-enabled when repower the charging pile)
Tips:
Upload the app log and provide the date of the issue if the error cannot be moved after multiple attempts.
