*Please perform a self-check on your mower using the bold black letter below, especially if the units are lower than v4.7.3 and v0.2.5(App-profile-settings-About).
*If you encounter any issues, please contact support@lfibot.com immediately and attach the relevant picture.
If the error message appeared while using App 1.2.29 to connect to the mower, please follow the steps below:
1. Turn on the switch in the bottom of the mower
2. Delete the charging station and reconnect charging station and mower to the App
3. Pull the mower out of the charging station, restart it, and check that the time is displayed on the mower screen, please note whether the time is correct in your area and how the time changes when you restart the mower. (Take a picture and send it to support)
4. Click the setting button on the mower and select 'About' or 'Novabot serial number' to verify that the mower's QR code is visible (Take a picture and send it to support)
5. Do not keep the mower on all the time if it has not connected to the App (Except for the monthly charge)
