1.Check version of charging pile and mower (App-Profile-Settings-About)
2.Check the GNSS antenna's location (pic is necessary for us to double-check)
3.Do not operate the mower under a roof or any other shelter (Move the machine forward slightly to avoid the shelter and refresh)
4.Reconnect the charging station and mower to the App after deleting them.
5.No obstacles between the charging pile and mower
6.If also failed, please keep the mower on and tell us when it is happened (check the mower log to find out the reason)
