1.Please put the mower on the flat ground and check if the notificaiton is always appeared
2.Please check if there are any other obstacles in the mowing deck
3.Pls check if the front wheels are stucked by something
4.Turn off the mower and recheck the resistance of both the left and right wheels.
5.Please change the mowing cut from high to low, the problem may be caused by the dense grass.
6.Pull the mower out of the charging station and restart it. Unplug the charging station and plug it back in. Then, place the mower back into the charging station and click start to begin mowing.
7.If the mower motor stalls again after following the previous steps, return the mower to the charging station and charge it for at least 5-10 minutes. The mower deck will lower to 2 cm to make it easier for the user to clean the grass.
